2. Device Usage & User Responsibilities

Our hardware wallets are developed to securely manage digital assets. By purchasing and using them, you agree to:

• Keep your recovery phrases, private keys, and passwords secure
• Not modify, disassemble, or tamper with the hardware
• Take full responsibility for all confirmed blockchain transactions
• Verify transaction details carefully before approving
• Keep your device software up to date to maintain security

You acknowledge that protecting your cryptocurrency assets is solely your responsibility.

3. Account Setup & Security

Some features may require creating an account. When doing so, you must:

• Provide accurate and current registration information
• Keep your login details private and notify us immediately of any breach
• Refrain from allowing others to use your account
• Understand that violations may result in suspension or termination

Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our platforms—including software, design, trademarks, graphics, and written materials—belongs to Vornyxil Inc. and is protected under intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal license for non-commercial use only. You may not:

Cryptocurrency activity carries risks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vornyxil Inc. is not liable for damages including but not limited to:

• Unauthorized access from compromised credentials
• Loss of funds due to misplaced recovery data
• Network disruptions, forks, or protocol changes
• Fluctuations in cryptocurrency values
• Failures of third-party wallets or exchanges
• Damage caused by misuse or accidents

Products are provided “as is” with no implied warranties. Our liability is capped at the original purchase price. Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

• Waiver of participation in class action lawsuits

Arbitration is the preferred method of resolving disputes.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Access to your account will be revoked
• Data may be permanently deleted
• Outstanding obligations remain enforceable
• Ownership and liability clauses will continue to apply
